Just bottled raw honey

As of autumn 2007 we keep twenty-three hives of
Italian,  Carniolan,  and Buckfast strains of
honeybees from which we harvest comb honey
and extract raw liquid honey.  Within the honey
industry our honey would be defined as
wildflower honey
as our bees forage over an area
with a wide variety of blooms that include clover,
apricot, pear, apple, basil, calendula, and we
don't attempt to harvest during any particular
bloom time.

Our honey is not heated during processing thus maintaining all of the natural flavor, enzymes and goodness of true raw honey.  We do not use synthetic pesticides and have not used medications but instead rely on management intensive methods to deal with parasites and disease.

We package our honey in several forms and sizes including: cut-comb, chunk honey and liquid honey from 4oz - 44oz bottles/jars.  Bulk honey is also available by the pound.

Mail Order service is available for our honey.
E-mail us for details.
