Our small flock of Araucanas, Barred Rocks, Buff Orpingtons, Gold Star and Rhode Island Reds (currently totaling 56 some hens) spend their days pecking through chemical free pasture.  Their diet is supplemented with non-medicated and hormone free feed (primarily protein) and scratch grains.  We gather their fresh and beautiful brown, blue and green eggs several times each day and promptly refrigerate them.
